C2S are currently working on behalf of our client based in Kings Hill who is recruiting for Help desk Administrators to add to their expanding team. The ideal candidate would need to be able to show the relevant experience obtained from a similar role, and be able to complete the below duties:
The duties:
• Ensure that all records are kept up to date for each department
• Answer telephone calls in regards to maintenance, income generation and energy.
• Relay information to the estates officer
• Assist the estates officer with correspondence
• Ensure that all tasks are scheduled to the relevant department
• Main and update the system
• Customer service to both internal and external clients
If you are currently available immediately for this role and are able to show the relevant experience gained from a similar role and have experience of working with the FSI system, then please apply. In return the client is offering a potential permanent role at the end of the temporary assignment.
