Connect2Kent are looking for a full time temporary Customer Service Assistant to deal with members of the public that are reporting road accidents/hazards etc.
They will deal with a large number of calls from people who have been involved in accidents and believe the road isn’ t safe and will also be working on the outgoing calls letting the members of the public know that the department will not be looking into their complaint.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and able to speak to demanding people in a professional manner
- Must be thick skinned
- Must be used to answering a large number of calls
- Must work well in a group and alone
Candidates will register at our office in Kings Hill, West Malling and will be required to complete an online skills test prior to registration.
