Office Angels Tunbridge Wells are currently recruiting for an Administrator to help with a 3-6 month temporary booking in Tunbridge Wells.
This interesting and successful business requires assistance during a busy period for about 3-6 months but a future permanent role may be available.
The key responsibilities:
- General administration
- Handling post
- Answering incoming calls
- Booking travel including flights
- Collecting lunches
- Meet & greet
You will need to demonstrate that you are versatile, highly organised, flexible, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be an excellent communicator both written and verbal.
Experience using Macs, in Marketing and/or in Design would be a good advantage.
The working hours are 9am-6pm Monday - Friday.
