We are looking for a confident and professional individual that has gained commercial awareness in their previous roles and is customer driven in their approach to business. The role is centred around adding value to your customers and building relationships to ensure customer loyalty. You will need to have the ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects for your clients. A strong and professional communication style is also a must.

Main Responsibilities:
Deal with all incoming enquiries from existing and new customers
Offer a consultative approach with regards to the fulfilling each clients needs
Complete quotes and follow up with clients
Create a briefing with your client and understand how you will deliver the final product
Brief and liaise with all other departments to manage the delivery of the product
Manage all associated paperwork and invoicing
Own each job and manage quality to the briefing and deadline

Communication and organisation is the key element of this position and the ability to work in a team is vital. You will need energy, enthusiasm and the desire to learn to take on this role!!!
