SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE - £22,000 – fresh cuisine –
A busy, lively pub and restaurant in central Tunbridge Wells are currently seeking a talented Sous Chef to join the team.
They prepare fresh, seasonal cuisine and everything is prepared in house using locally sourced produce where possible. You will work closely with the Head and Senior Sous Chef and have full responsibility in their absence.
The successful candidate will be involved in menu design, stock control, ordering, staff training and motivation and ensuring all health and hygiene procedures are being adhered to.
Ideally we are looking for a Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef looking for their next step up. Previous experience within a fast paced, fresh food kitchen will be essential.
