We are looking to recruit a Training Administrator in Maidstone area, fantastic company, education background, the salary is between £12800 - £15k DOE.
Duties:
Follow internal processes for administration ensuring the workload of the Assessing team is kept to a minimum
• Maintain the Management Information Systems to ensure accurate and timely input
• Register learners on the E-portfolio system in an accurate and
timely manner
• Ensure Learner files are kept up to date and in accurate order
• Maintain Assessor/Coach diaries to ensure information is recorded accurately
• Act as invigilator for exams on the company premises, or on
occasion at other settings in Kent area .
Comply with statutory and company policies for Administration and storage of data
• Work with the Administration Manager to set targets for self-development
• Work towards further professional qualifications to enhance skills and knowledge
• Maintain confidentiality of data at all times
