Due to expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Manager to join our growing client. You will be managing a team of 6 staff, although this will be growing as business increases, developing the team to meet the challenges of the marketplace as it continues to grow.
The main aspects of the role will be:
> Representing the team at managerial level, in line with plans agreed with the Directors and the companies goals.
> Set and monitor KPIs both for the team and individual staff.
> Ensure high levels of customer service to all clients.
> Organise staff training and development, where needed and for team improvement.
> Work towards continuous improvement.
> > Work closely with with external sales teams and managers in order to provide the best customer service in line with SLA.
> Continually improve processes, aid stock management and coordinate back orders.
> Keep up to date with product launches and the product catalogue.
> Assist in the resolution of all complaints, escalating where necessary.
The ideal candidate will:
> Have an innate Customer Service ethos and be passionate about customer care.
> Have a minimum of 5yrs Customer Service experience, preferably 3 years within a managerial role.
> Be extremely organised and able to prioritise your own and other people work loads.
> Have a friendly and approachable manner and work well with others.
