Weekday Rate up to 7pm - £7.00
Weekday Rate after 7pm - £10.08

Our client is looking for Health Advisors who are required to work as part of a team to provide an effective and timely communication link with the Public and Health Care Professionals in receiving telephone calls for urgent and non-urgent healthcare needs.

This post is being offered on a temporary seasonal basis from completion of training up to Mid to End January 2015 covering Saturday and Sunday + Bank Holidays between the hours of 6am & Midnight + other peak times on a minimum of 8 hours per week.

Initially you will receive paid training which will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm x 3 weeks then 1 week shadowing. Training is compulsory and no days off during this period are permitted.


You will be the first point of contact and therefore play a vital role to callers who require medical assistance.
Excellent communication and keyboard skills are essential together with the ability to work under pressure, whilst dealing with callers who may be in a distressed state.
Applicants will be required to complete an on-line skills assessment which will include call handing, copy typing and basic literacy.

Successful candidates will be subject to an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check.

Due to the location and hours transport would be an advantage
