Located in West Kent, my successful client is looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temporary basis for a period of at least 4 months.Reporting to the purchase ledger supervisor, the successful candidate will support the purchase ledger team in the day to day maintenance of the purchase ledger function.
You will be responsible for coding and processing invoices, analysing and processing staff expenses, reconciliation of supplier statements, dealing with supplier queries and other ad hoc duties.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a purchase ledger department dealing with large volumes of invoices. You will be bright, mathematically minded with a real eye for detail. You must be able to work effectively in a team and possess strong excel skills.
My client is looking to fill this role as a matter of urgency so candidates must be available immediately or at short notice.
