Connect2Staff are currently recruiting on behalf of our exclusive client based in the education sector who are based on the outskirts of Maidstone. Our client is looking for a receptionist who can assist within a busy team environment. The duties will include-
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Booking meetings
• Arranging couriers
• Keeping the reception area tidy
• Answering and forwarding phone calls
• Screening phone calls
• Sorting and distributing post
The ideal candidate would need to be able to show the relevant experience obtained from a similar role within their last position.The role will be subject to satisfactory references and an Enhanced DBS check.
