Marton Recruitment, a well established independent of 38 years currently supplying temporary industrial staff is looking to invest in an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for an original and exciting challenge.
You will help maintain & develop the current customer base whilst also focusing on new sectors, business & revenues.
This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking for a career that can offer a varied & exciting role including development and growth of the overall business.
Primary responsibilities will range from all aspects of business development, including cold calling and face-to-face marketing, to candidate generation and screening. You will use your communication skills and questioning techniques to develop client and candidate relationships whilst also maintaining & increasing business opportunities and revenue.
You will be rewarded with an excellent package comprising salary, commission, mobile, fuel allowance & parking.
Applicants will have:
At least 1 years experience in recruitment
Proven sales track record
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Be a self starter
Own transport
Successful marketing experience
The willingness to work hard, competitive and the desire to succeed
