My distinguished client based in North Kent is a local success story, having enjoyed continual international growth and expansion year on year. This family run business is keen to bring a purchase ledger clerk to join their expanding accounts team to be a part of the next phase of development.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will the support the purchase ledger team in the day to day maintenance of the purchase ledger function. You will be responsible for inputting large numbers of purchase invoices and sales invoices, multi-currency, job costings and reconciliation of supplier statements.
The ideal candidate will be bright, mathematically minded with a real eye for detail. You must be able to work effectively in a team and possess good numerical skills, as well as being able to problem solve. This is a unique opportunity for a bright individual who is keen to begin or develop their career in finance and would ideally suit someone who is currently studying towards their AAT qualification.
