You will need to be proactive, full of fresh ideas and thrive in a target driven environment. As a Graduate Media Sales Executive you will be required to seek out, negotiate and close new relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to take their first step on the career ladder within technology based sales.

As part of the business development strategy, you will be expected to win new business monthly, meeting and exceeding your set revenue targets.
You will need excellent communication and organisational skills with an enthusiastic and driven attitude. You will enjoy maintaining and developing relationships with clients and colleagues.

To be considered for this role, you must;
• Be an intelligent, articulate and confident individual with the determination to forge a career in sales
• Be a recent graduate (2.2 or Higher).
• Be extremely money-motivated, ambitious with great commercial acumen.
• Competitive and resilient, with excellent examples of both.
• Make out bound business to business calls to generate new business sales.
• High level of communication; a professional and persuasive telephone manner and excellent listening skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Able to handle and overcome objections as well as close the sale.
• A self-starter and able to work proactively, on own initiative and autonomously.
• Good IT skills – Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Not be afraid to call new businesses.
• Have fantastic confident communication skills.
• Be passionate and enthusiastic in character.
