Customer Service and telesales agent.
Meridian Business Support are working along side a successful and growing business who are seeking customer service and telesales agents to join their successful team in the outskirts of Maidstone.
The role is to deal with incoming and outbound calls, processing orders, up selling products, hitting individual and team targets.
An on going training process is undertaken with new team members and in house training is delivered weekly on new products.
Candidate job role:
- Order Processing
- Excellent Customer service
- Ability to build rapport over the phone
- Up selling and closing the sale
- Hitting given sales targets
- Good telephone manor
- Dealing with general enquiries.
Candidate Key Skills :
- Communication skills
- Motivated
- Committed
- Interest in food is desired but not essential.
Hours and Shifts
- This position is a full time working Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm with a half hour lunch break. There is also a requirement to work one in 6 shifts 10.00am - 6.00pm with an occasional Sunday.
Salary, benefits and rewards:
- £13,700 Paid weekly
- Free Parking
- Full Training on all products
- Daily and weekly incentives are run within the team.
