We are recruiting for a very niche Recruitment Company located in a rural location between Folkestone, Ashford and Canterbury.
The business model is extremely successful and the company are now expanding into another area and are looking for a successful sales individual to develop the new sector.
The role will involve developing a client base by way of business development, telemarketing by phone and email. You will be responsible for handling the process from start to finish which will include:
Advertising, Searching and Selection, Head Hunting, Qualifying and Assessing Candidates through to Placement.
We are looking for a talented and motivated individual who is dedicated, enthusiastic and driven by success, who has proven skills in business development and co-ordination. You will be a natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and has the ability to form strong networks and business relationships.
Due to the client's location it's is essential that you have your own transport and are happy working in a very rural location.
Working Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5.30 pm with a starting salary of £15,000 basic and realistic OTE of £24,000 to £25,000 per annum in the first year. The role offers strong financial increases in line with your success.
