Connect2kent are looking for a qualified Teaching Assistant ideally with understanding of working with students with learning difficulties. Experience of working in the company of challenging behaviour (specifically ASD Asperges Syndrome) is proffered, however qualified TA's with the right desire and attitude will also be considered.
The chosen applicant would be required to support a young adult male through his Level 2 Business and Office administration Apprenticeship. You would be there to help and to provide both face-to-face and telephone support regularly and often to someone with an ASD Learning Difficulty, Asperges Syndrome (AS).
Applicants must have the interpersonal skills needed to effectively communicate with staff and relevant qualifications are required.
Applicants must be available to come and register here at Connect2Kent in our office Based in Kings Hill. A DBS check (previously known as CRB) will be need to be processed at the cost of £54.00
This position will be based in Maidstone.
