Senior Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor Construction
This contractor is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor from a main contracting background. Ideally you will have residential, new build and refurb background.
The role will entail managing all commercial aspects of allocated projects in accordance with Company procedure; To liaise and collaborate with the construction and design teams in all aspects of contractual activities; To take ownership for maximising commercial results from allocated projects measured by profit performance against identified budgets; To represent and serve the best interests of the Company to meet Client expectations and encourage repeat business.
Candidates educated to HND/degree level with substantial experience of delivering projects as a senior or number one surveyor particularly sought.
