We now have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Advisor reporting to our busy Customer Services Manager, based at Gravesend, Kent.

The Role.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Services Advisor to join our Customer Services team.

You will be responsible for Processing Customer Orders on SAP, responding to basic technical queries, processing and resolving customer complaints and arranging returns for unwanted goods. You will also be required to communicate and process promotional deals, communicate problems with orders (delays / shortages), contact ‘dormant’ customers and managing information flow to strategic customers. You will be an internal customer champion for designated customers

The Candidate.

To succeed in this role you will have a good standard of education, with good verbal and written communication skills, a confident telephone manner, proven sales/customer services skills and be computer literate, SAP experience would be a benefit. Fluent spoken Russian would be advantageous for this role.
