Go Resource Group are currently looking to recruit a Management Accountant for our client based in Five Oak Green, Paddock Wood, Kent.

In the role you will be required to carry out the following:

?Assisting with the preparation of monthly Management Accounts
?Interpretation of Trading Account and Variance Analysis
?Interpretation of the Balance Sheet
?Assisting with the preparation of the annual Budget
?Preparation and review of the monthly KPI reports
?Provide assistance during the External Audit
?Tax Year End assistance including P11D preparation
?Maintain Company Car register ensuring P46 tax forms are completed for employees
?Provide assistance to other managers throughout the business on their financial reporting requirements
?Ad hoc duties as required

1. A recognised qualification in accounting, CIMA/ ACCA/ACA Qualified
2. At least 1 years? experience within a similar environment
3. Strong appreciation of our business needs and resourcefulness in coming up with solutions to their challenges
4. Well-developed personal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a wide range of staff
5. Good interpersonal skills and well developed leadership and management skills
6. An ability to work under pressure
7. Very good organisational skills
8. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
