Working alongside the Head of School, this position offers an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced administrator to join one of the largest Schools at Kent.
As head of administration in the School, the School Administration Manager will ensure the School’s administration is run efficiently and, working as part of the senior management team, that the School’s operational requirements are met effectively. The role also contributes to the strategic decision making of the Head of School by:
• having oversight of the strategic direction of all the components of the School;
• providing effective financial management of the School’s budget;
• ensuring effective management of the external accreditation processes,
• supplying relevant management information, and,
• assisting with the annual planning process and School’s strategic plan.
In addition, the role will take a part in developing quality processes and continual improvement within the School.
