We are looking for people with natural hospitality skills to work both in the bar and serving tables.
Essential duties and responsibilities;
To serve and look after all our customers
To actively promote the Stile Bridge, our food, drinks and other activities
To correctly handle money
Maintain a clean, safe and well organised work area
Experience/knowledge/skills/abilities required:
2+ years commercial front of house experience
Ability to work well under pressure
Effective delegation and communication skills
Ability to multi task and be flexible
Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
To have an excellent eye for attention to detail
An evident curiosity to learn and progress
Enthusiasm and personal knowledge of the industry and is highly desirable, especially for speciality beers, gins and beverages.
