We have now filled our position of Trainee Recruitment Consultant position – “Graduates with 3 years work experience” via Jobs in Kent.

We are, however, now seeking a further Trainee Recruitment Consultant but with a minimum of 4 years full time post graduate work experience.

Our team of Recruitment Consultants have developed strong relationships with both our Clients and our Contractors, delivering high standards of working practices and specialist sector knowledge. Our average length of contract placements with our Clients is 2 years. The professional Consultants that we place with our Clients work through us in consecutive contracts, spanning periods of 5 to 10 years. We believe what sets us apart is our distinctive values and business ethics.

It is essential that you can demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritise, have a proactive approach to query resolution, work as part of a team and have a passion for delivering first class service to our Clients and Contractors. Basic c.£27K + Commission + PHC + LTSI.
Earnings estimated 30K + in first year and rising steeply in the 2nd and 3rd years.
