Contact Centre Agents - Orpington - Competitive Salary & Excellent Benefits - No Weekends
JLT Employee Benefits are looking for Contact Centre Agents to join our flagship call centre in Orpington.
JLT Group is one of the world’s largest providers of insurance, reinsurance and employee benefits related advice, brokerage and associated services.
We have offices throughout the UK and abroad supporting and servicing over 15.3 million scheme members, providing a single, centralised source for pensions and employee benefits requirements.
The Company
The Customer Support Centre (CSC) provides front line telephone and e-mail services for members and IFAs of the pension schemes for which JLT provides administration, to users of our on-line Employee Benefits system (BenPal) and to clients who engage us to carry out helpdesk services for one off projects.
The CSC is a dynamic, fast-moving and fun environment with almost 100 employees on-site. It is continually growing and has a mix of employees who are friendly, team-orientated and excited to bring on new employees to share the journey. The contact centre maintains a busy social scene including team nights out and social events; they are always striving to make the next day more enjoyable than the last.
The Role
•To provide excellent customer service as well as professional and helpful telephone and e-mail response service to our customers
•To respond in a professional and helpful manner to incoming telephone and e-mail enquiries from customers with regard to all types of the Company’s business using appropriate tools as necessary.
•To deal with customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
•To liaise/correspond effectively with Scheme Administrators and third party administration staff as necessary to resolve customer enquiries and complaints to a satisfactory outcome and in a timely manner.
•To deal with Staff Pension Scheme enquiries and/or Employee Benefits system enquiries, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times

•Experience of successfully working in a targeted contact centre environment
•Excellent customer service skills
•Excellent telephone communication skills
•Ability to remain calm in difficult situations
•Effective time management skills
•Flexible and committed approach
•Ability to work to targets
