We are a leading contract caterer in the education market who are seeking an experienced Chef Manager to lead our busy catering team in Tonbridge, Kent.
You will have relevant catering experience a city & guilds 706/1 and 706/2 qualification or equivalent is required for this role. You must hold a food hygiene certificate and be financial astute. The role will include running a busy kitchen, managing a team of 6 people. You will have knowledge in HACCP (food safety), have excellent craft skills and be able to cook with fresh ingredients with flair and passion.
The position is based in a busy secondary school and is Monday to Friday, term time only (44wks) 40hrs per week.
An enhanced CRB check and satisfactory references will be required for this role.
