Here at Ward & Partners we are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Lettings Advisor / Estate Agent to join our busy Lettings team in the Gillingham area.

Our highly successful Medway branch is based in Gillingham town centre and is the very heart of Ward & Partners. Covering the whole of the Medway area, our Gillingham branch is our biggest lettings office and has the most lets, applicants and properties and is a consistent top performer meaning that the earning potentials and opportunities with this position are endless!

As a Lettings Advisor with us you ideally will have some sales experience which will also be enhanced by our award winning training from the start although any previous Lettings / Estate Agency experience would be a bonus.

Our Estate Agents are a fundamental part of the branch operation and we are looking for talent to complement our already winning team.

Key responsibilities as a Lettings Advisor for Ward & Partners will encourage you to be part of the lettings process with clients. In turn we offer you competitive salaries, on target earnings of £25,000 in year one, excellent commission and a fantastic career structure for you to develop and grow with us.

Lettings Advisors working for Ward & Partners are required to have a full UK driving license and be able to work a five day week including a Saturday
