Working for a large digital agency you will be responsible for ensuring impeccable levels of customer service in regards to digital marketing for a range of clients.
Duties include:
• First line customer support
• Managing client issues
• Providing technical support internally and externally
• Adhering to Service Level Agreements
• Providing daily communications with clients
• Handling new client requests
• Liaising with the production team
• Providing guidance and training for software products
• Dealing with third party suppliers and agencies
• Assisting with software deployments
• Project manage software integration and implementations post sale
• Pinpoint potential upselling and prospecting opportunities for the sales team
It is essential that you have previous experience working within a digital marketing environment, good account management experience and excellent customer service skills. You will be proactive, confident, organised and have good administrative skills.
