An Insurance Administrator is required to join our client, an established brokerage based in Maidstone.
The incoming candidate will support a team of Insurance Account Managers in the day-to-day processing of all administration concerning insurance. You will speak to customers over the phone, deal with incoming enquiries and emails, file insurance paperwork and documents, and act on behalf of Account Managers who may be otherwise engaged.
Successful candidates will be friendly, outgoing, and supportive of senior staff members, possess an excellent telephone manner, have a keen eye for detail, and hold proficiency in the standard MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). You must be able to work independently, as well as within a small team environment.
Insurance brokerage experience is required in order to progress with an application. Failing that, you must have a sound and comprehensive background of working within a FSA regulated environment, or have an interest/passion in progressing a career within insurance.
Please be aware that all applicants must be available to attend an assessment centre with the company on October 15th as part of the selection process.
Candidates must also be able to drive in order to be considered.
