Senior Support Worker – Domiciliary Care and Supported Living
• 40 hours per week worked over a 7 day rota
• Full year with 33 days holiday per year including bank holidays
• Starting pay point 9 £9.09 per hour
• Based Westgate

In addition to the requirements and practical duties of a Support Worker role key responsibilities for a Senior include leading the team in the absence of a Team Leader, supporting the Team Leader by taking on tasks delegated, and to act as a role model and mentor to support staff.

A background in supported living or domiciliary care services is essential as is knowledge of the legislation relating to the provision of support. There is a genuine occupational requirement to be aged 21 or over to work with the adults in this service. The successful candidates will have completed a Diploma / NVQ Level 3 in Adult Social Care or be working towards this.
