RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

Signature Senior Lifestyle is a dynamic, forward-thinking company setting new standards for senior care and focusing on high quality care in a beautiful environment. We are currently seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for the Miramar in Herne Bay, Kent.

The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee all the food and beverage service areas for residents and visitors within the Signature home, and is responsible for ensuring that customer care and service is delivered in a consistent and profitable way. The Restaurant Supervisor ensures that the home operates to the agreed standard regarding food and beverage service, whilst also ensuring that all Health and Safety measures are in place and adhered to within the job responsibility.

A key person in delivering excellent food service, you will get to know your customers' likes and dislikes, and will liaise regularly with the Hospitality Manager, Care Services Manager, and Head Chef to ensure all hydration and nutritional needs are met at all times. Your service delivery will adhere to the guidelines for your department.

To apply for this role you should have at least a minimum of 5 years’ experience within Hospitality and be a strong and dynamic leader who is willing to move forward with this 5 star establishment. You should also be a Personal License Holder or prepared to undertake this course.
