The menus are modern British with European influences and everything is made in house using fresh, locally sourced produce. Heading a brigade of 7 professional chefs you will have full control of the kitchen including menu design, stock control, ordering, training and motivating the junior members of the team and ensuring you run a profitable kitchen.
