My client is looking to recruit temporary workers in various areas to participate in a Customer Satisfaction Survey.

The assignment will run for 7 days including the weekend, the hours of work are 8am until 4.30pm Monday to Saturday and 9am – 4pm on Sunday.

The client has 3 sites they are looking for temporary workers in the following areas and you will need to wear steel toe cap boots and a hard hat due to being on a waste site.

Applicants must be able to drive due to location.

Swanley
Tunbridge Wells
Sundridge

• Postcode collection from householders entering the HWRCs
• 1,000 postcodes per facility
• The 1,000 postcodes must be collected across the full 7 days (approx. 143 postcodes per day) to ensure we are capturing customer use for week days and weekends
• You will be provided with a script to use as we have experience of how customers react to being asked for this information.
• We will provide temporary A-frame signage for each facility when the data is being collected, just to alert customers to this activity being conducted on site.
• Data to be provided in Excel format per Facility – we can set the recording sheets up to capture it in the manner we will be using it subsequently.
