As an Accounts Assistant at tusp, you will be adaptable, organised and focused with excellent communication skills. You will need to understand the importance of ensuring work is completed to the highest possible standard. The successful candidate will need to be a team player who can work using their own initiative when required.
Responsibilties;
•Supplier statement reconcilliations
•Timely invoice coding
•Resolve supplier queries
•Create new supplier accounts as required
•Collate invoices for weekly payment runs
•Confirm invoices once authorised
•Check invoices against contracts, paying within agreed contractual terms
•Chasing pauments
Person Specification;
•Familiarity with alpha and numeric data entry.
•Strong knowledge of Sage 50
•Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
•Organised and efficient
•Maintain a professional image at all times
Initial contract approximately 10 months.
