C2S are currently working exclusively for our client based in Aylesford for a Part-Time Call Centre Sales Team Leader/Supervisor for a year’s contract to cover maternity leave. The client is looking for a candidate who is able to manage the following duties-
The duties-
• Delegating tasks
• Monitoring the team’s performance
• Assisting the team by performing the tasks with them
• Helping with training and development
• Completing paperwork
• Handling complaints (from both staff and customers)
• Helping to hire new staff
• Reporting to senior management / personnel when required
The ideal candidate would need to be available immediately and be able to show the relevant experience gained from a similar role within a sales environment.
