Our client based in Maidstone is looking for a Senior HR Advisor. This is a Perm role on a salary of £40,000.
The main purpose of the role is to support the HR Manager, to offer guidance and feedback to the HR resources and lastly to participate in group HR projects.
Therefore the ideal candidate will need to have the following skills and experience.
* Strong HR experience
* Ability to prioritise workload
* Experience of writing policies and procedures
* Proactive and customer service focused
* Good current knowledge of employment law
* Ability and experience to deal with complex HR issues
* Provide advice/guidance to Line Managers
