• Obtain and chase required relevant documentation and raise the associated claims to hauliers within set deadlines and ensure quick turnaround to settlement.
• Deal and maintain dialogue with customers and hauliers queries promptly
Person Specification
• Have good understanding of supply chain to retail customers.
• Good communication skills in order to liaise with customers and hauliers in a professional and honest way.
• Ability to prioritise workload to suit business needs.
• Ability to work as part of a team and across other departments at all levels.
• A good level of computer literacy, maths and good telephone manner.
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Accepting logistic related calls and support outside office hours
