All Seasons and Lauriem Associates LLP is a dynamic provider of HOME CARE and we are currently looking for SUPPORT WORKERS to JOIN OUR TEAM and work within a sheltered housing scheme in Broadstairs.
JOB ROLE: To support and work with vulnerable adults in a supported housing scheme based in Broadstairs.
Our STAFF BENEFIT from:

•Career development up to Level 3 in Health and Social Care and progression to management positions is encouraged.
Person Specification:
•Experience or capacity to understand and take account of the needs and difficulties of people who experience physical and mental health problems.
•Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to positively engage clients
•Willingness to work flexible hours to include weekends.
•Full driving license and access to own car.
Employment is subject to a DBS (formerly CRB) disclosure and two references.
