Experience in a contact centre would be useful but more important is the ability to communicate easily with people, to listen to them and to give them a great customer experience.

You will need the drive and tenacity to exceed targets and the genuine desire to ensure that every customer receives exceptional service. Well organised with good PC skills, you will have the natural ambition to succeed in this demanding yet rewarding role.

Starting with us on £13,500 as a basic salary on a 35 hour per week contract, you could be earning as much as a £17,000 basic salary within as little as 3 years after progressing through a structured career path – with commission payments on top of this for achieving targets!
