Your main duties and responsibilities:
•Provide clerical support i.e filing, photocopying and typing
•Diary management, collation of data, email, minute taking, extracting data and presenting data
•To receive visitors to the department in a professional, friendly manner while actively maintaining the security of the area
•Deal with face to face or telephone enquiries
•Receiving and processing of mail, incoming and out-going telephone calls in accordance with Trust Policies.
•Liaise with other agencies, departments and official bodies to assist in providing a high quality and efficient service sharing information as appropriate.
Skills Required
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Good telephone manner
•A good general knowledge of MS Office- Excel, Word, Outlook.
Qualifications Required
GCSE Grade A-C (or equivalent) in Maths, ICT & English is required.
Personal Qualities
•Confident telephone manner
•Ability to use own initiative
•Eager to learn
•Calm
•Attention to detail
•Ability to meet deadlines
•To be able to work as part of a team
•Self motivated
•Experience of working in an Administation/secretarial environment would be an advantage.
• Understand the importance of maintaining client confidentiality
