Insurance Sales Agents Required

Are you currently working in Retail sales and want to move to an office based environment? Or have some great telesales experience and want to move to forward in a great company that rewards hard work?

The office is centrally located in the heart of Maidstone, easily accessed with great transport links. Working in a sales environment hours will be 37.5 hours per week. Working with a company where development is a big priority, so you can be sure you will be given all the skills training and product knowledge you need to progress – and to hit your challenging but realistic customer service focused targets

Candidates are required to have:

* Customer service / sales experience
* Confident and friendly telephone manner – able to build rapport with customers over the phone
* IT skills
* Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

This role is offering a basic of 14K – 16K (depending on experience) with an average £6K OTE however with uncapped bonus so there is unlimited potential.
