Fairby Grange is a well established and respected Care Home in the village of Hartley being family owned for the past 36 years.
As a Senior Care Assistant at Fairby Grange, you will be expected to support the Manager in all aspects of running the Home.
To supervise and support our team of Care Assistants.
Provide emotional and physical care including personal hygiene to residents.
To ensure and assist that bedrooms and communal areas are clean.
To assist in the preparation of Care Plans for residents and monitor the staff working rotas.
To respond to email's and telephone calls and liaise with G.P's, hospitals and other persons within the Care Sector.
To adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures.
NVQ Level 3, managerial skills and experience are required for this position.
Candidates would be expected to work flexible shifts of 7.30am to 2pm and 2pm to 8pm.
