We now have a vacancy for a French and English speaking Sales Administrator/ Credit Controller to take full responsibility for sales administration and credit management of France in our busy Sales & Finance Dept.

Reporting to the Head of Sales in France and The UK Finance Manager, you will be tenacious, have extensive experience of working within a Sales Administration & Credit Control team, and have exceptional customer relation skills.

The Role
Provide dedicated professional support to the sales team.
Provide excellent customer care skills to ensure maximum customer retention.
Ensure sales orders are managed in line with company procedures.
Liaise as required with all stakeholders to ensure a successful sales outcome.
Provide accurate and timely reports as required by management.
Provide holiday cover on the switchboard.
Ensure successful collection of outstanding accounts,
Meet agreed cash collection deadlines and targets.
Be responsible for the management of debtor’s ledgers.
Answer and manage customer queries regarding their accounts
Deliver outstanding service to sales team and assist in answering their queries

Experience/Skills
Computer literate – MS Office
3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner
Team player
Enthusiastic and open to new challenges and ideas
Able to meet tight deadlines
