You will be working at an established hotel based in Canterbury. Assisting with day to day and evening operations of their busy kitchen environment. You will be trained by highly professional chefs while attending college one day a week to complete a level 2 Professional Chefs qualification.
Your duties will include:
•Assisting chefs with preparation of meals
•Operating kitchen equipment
•Achieving excellent customer service satisfaction while achieving targets set by company.
•Participating in kitchen cleaning work
You must be passionate about progression within the MC brand, being proactive in your own development by utilising internal and external research resources.
Skills required:
•Able to work under pressure
•A passion for cooking
•Ideally have previous work experience
Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent)
Personal Qualities:
•Hard working
•Flexible
•Adaptable
