You will be working at an established hotel based in Canterbury. Assisting with day to day and evening operations of their busy Michael Caines Restaurant. You will be trained by highly professionals while attending college one day a week to complete a level 2 NVQ qualification in Food and Beverage Service.
Duties includes:
•Serving customers in a polite and friendly manner
•Table waiting
•Basic food preparation
•Ensuring kitchen, service and restaurant areas are kept clean, tidy and safe
•Cashiering
•Taking an active part in any unit sales promotions
Skills Required:
•Must have the ability to deliver excellent customer service
•Able to work under pressure
•Well groomed and well presented
Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent)
Personal Qualities:
•Hardworking
•Flexible
•Confident
•Adaptable
