Technomed is a small successful company based in Marden, Kent.

We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our friendly but highly motivated team. We would prefer to recruit someone on a full-time basis, but would consider part-time for the right candidate. Our accounts package is cloud based (Xero). Knowledge of this would be an advantage, but training will be given if required.
The applicant must be qualified to at least AAT standards and have at least 3 years experience. You will also need to be able to drive and have your own transport as this role is based just outside Marden.

Duties to include:
• Managing purchase and sales ledger including stock control.
• Manage and track company assets including customer loan stock
• Dealing with customers and suppliers on the telephone.
• Manage monthly payroll for 10 staff (can be outsourced if necessary)
• Bank, credit card and petty cash reconciliation
• Credit control
• Quarterly VAT returns
