Based in South East Kent we work with clients all over the world. We now need a talented Tele-Marketing Consultant to join the team. This is an entry level role leading to a delivery role and a long term career opportunity.

Purpose
• The aim of the role is to generate leads for the sales team.
• Working closely with the marketing team you will engage with existing and prospective clients ensuring they have our latest marketing information.
• Taking part in on and off line market research projects to identify prospective clients and key decision-makers.

Requirements
• Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone and an enjoyment of speaking to people.
• Integrity, an innovative approach, pro-active outlook, authentic, genuine and a relationship builder.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in telemarketing.
• A commercially focussed “People Person” with excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to establish rapport.
• Success driven, self-motivated outlook with initiative, ambition and a hunger to succeed.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• A willingness to go the extra mile and do whatever is needed to achieve success.
• Microsoft Office and computer database experience.
• University graduate standard.
