Mechanical Maintenance Engineering Training Instructor

At IPS International we take training seriously, which is why we have been awarded an Ofsted grade 2 and are recognised as an Investor in People Gold status. We deliver training in engineering manufacturing and maintenance for major companies in Kent and throughout the UK. We are looking for a Training Instructor at our training facility in Rochester.

As part of our Apprentice Training Team you’ll be passing on your experience and knowledge of Industrial Mechanical Maintenance skills as part of our Apprentice Training programmes, Experience of bearings, belts, chains, coupling alignment, gears and pumps. Experience and knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics is an advantage, as is a capability in milling, turning and abrasive wheels.

Previous experience as a Training Instructor or NVQ Assessor is an advantage. Although it is the solid industrial experience which is vital as we can train you to deliver and assess.

It is essential that you are a good and confident communicator able to deliver some theoretical but mostly practical training and that you are computer literate
