IT Helpdesk Technician
Swale Heating is a progressive heating company based in the south east and reaching clients nationwide.

The ideal applicant will have around 1 years’ experience in a 1st line role and be looking to expand into 2nd line support. Strong experience of Microsoft Windows and Office is essential along with working knowledge of networking and infrastructure. Awareness of Crystal Reports and databases would be advantageous but not essential. You will need to be able to work alone and as part of a team, consistently delivering high quality support to our employees.
Normal Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm and every third Saturday morning 8.00am to 12.00pm.
