Questor Insurance develops and distributes insurance products for the Internet, 98% of all sales are
online and we provide customer support via the telephone, email and real time text chat. Questor Insurance was formed in April 2007 and commenced trading in August 2007. During our six years of trading we have grown each year despite the tough economic climate. In this current financial year with have seen 30% growth and across all distribution channels. Our business is a success due to our strong customer service ethos and hardworking staff. We are a regulated insurance intermediary supervised by the Financial Conduct Authority.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant you will be assisting customers in all aspect of our sale and servicing processes. This role involves a lot of interaction with the general public, affiliates and colleagues therefore you must be a confident communicator. You will be expected to keep up-to-date with all the latest products, promotions and industry developments.

The Person

Personality is what counts in this job! The successful candidate will be an outgoing and bright individual who is not afraid to make a positive contribution to the business development. They will have exceptional organisational skills; excellent accuracy and attention to detail, the ability to work within a team and on their own initiative and be able to prioritise their work load efficiently. The ideal candidate will be flexible and happy to work, subject to a rota based on business needs. A background in insurance and/or travel would be advantage.

They should have a good basic education (five GCSEs, grades A-C) and have at least 1 years of experience within an office environment, preferably in a customer facing role. You will be entirely comfortable dealing with all types of clients and the various scenarios that arise in a busy insurance office.

Benefits

Salary – £12,000 (Pro-Rata for part time staff) per annum initially plus quarterly performance bonus determined by set KPIs
Bonus Share Scheme after one year of service
Holiday – 22 days plus public holidays (Pro-Rata for part time staff) January to December.
Contribution to a private pension scheme after 1 year’s service
Questor actively encourages professional development. An appropriate development plan will be agreed once the role specific training has been completed.
Small, customer focused, friendly team.
The role is based in Medway, with good transport links.
