Transglobal Telecom (now part of the IntraLAN Group) based at our Maidstone office you will be part of our expanding Customer Service Team responsible for;
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
• The primary objective of the Customer Service Advisor is to achieve a high standard of service to all our customers with full customer satisfaction.
• Managing all incoming customer calls for new services and dealing with general enquiries on their accounts.
• Dealing with Customer Complaints and flag issues to management when necessary.
• Provision new Landline orders for telecommunication services onto the BT, TalkTalk & Gamma portals.
• Provision new Mobile orders for Mobile handset or Cab phones/Tracking services onto the O2, EE and Vodafone portals.
• Project managing Line installs and arranging Phone system parts purchase along to coincide with engineering.
• Placing all prices and tariff details, including free minute plans, on to customers’ accounts, so attention to detail is a must.
• Update internal order and job system’s – Microsoft Dynamics CRM & aBILLity.
• Keeping tasks list and reminders up to date on all job cases
• Dealing with 3rd Party suppliers & keeping Stock of purchases.
• As a secondary part of this job offer you will be assisting the Support and Faults team at busy intervals where needed for Landline faults and Mobile faults, following essential fault analysis.
Skills that are needed are:
Someone that is able to multi task, they must be hard working, organised, efficient and able to work under pressure.
Having both a Telecoms & Mobile Provisioning background is a perfect requirement. Having either Telecoms or Mobile Provisioning experience is a must.
The individual needs to have good Word and Excel skills, and be confident when it comes to ordering hardware/software as well as a strong understanding in provisioning.
Most of the role is not customer facing, so phone mannerism and communication skills need to be excellent. The successful candidate must be able to work alone as well as in a team environment.
Experience of using the aBILLity billing platform, used throughout the telecoms sector and Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be a distinct advantage. Preference will be given to candidates with this experience. Telecoms and Mobile industry experience is essential.
