Crayford Greyhound Track is looking for an assistant cook to produce quality food to menu specifications in the 250 seated restaurant and for on-site functions as required. This post will have full responsibility for all aspects of the kitchen when the Head Cook is absent, maintaining the required high standards and motivating the kitchen staff to achieve targets. Creativity and enthusiasm for good food and its presentation is essential with an understanding of budgetary control and elements of catering costs.
A proven track record of supervision of staff is required. 15 hpw on our Friday and Saturday race nights.
